Community Involvement

Andy Henderson has long assisted nonprofit organizations – both public charities and mutual-benefit associations.  He co-founded and obtained the tax-exempt status for three successful IRC section 501(c)(3) charitable organizations, indicated below.  For almost nine years, Henderson was the in-house general counsel of two IRC section 501(c)(6) mutual-benefit (trade) associations, where he gained in-depth experience with many nonprofit issues, including governance, compliance, fiduciary, tax and employment law.
