Andrew Ryan Henderson (Andy) has 31 years of legal experience as a counselor, litigator, regulatory advocate and transactional attorney.  Throughout his career, Andy's practice has focused mainly on land use, real estate transactions and entitlement, and environmental law.  The breadth of his practice spans from representing non-governmental environmental organizations successfully as plaintiffs in federal and state courts, to successfully defending Los Angeles World Airports, to arguing before the Supreme Court of the United States.  Since 2002, Henderson has focused his practice on serving real property owners and members of the development and building industries.  Henderson's vocation is representing clients who want to invest in and improve communities consistent with law and regulation.
